RESERVATIONS
We DO NOT accept reservations via email. Please call 1-800-2-PUFFIN (1-800-278-3346) or 677-2026 (local) to reserve.
Advanced reservations are encouraged.
A credit card number or advanced payment is required for the Monhegan Island Ferry and Puffin Watch and will hold tickets until 20 minutes prior to departure. Reservations are recommended for the Seal Watch, Lighthouse Cruise and the Fall Coastal Cruises.
Credit cards will be charged 24 hours before scheduled departure time.
Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance of departure time for refund. There is a non-refundable $5.00 fee per ticket. All other cancellations, unclaimed tickets and no-shows are non-refundable.
For overnight ferry reservations we require the name of your accommodation or rental agent on the island.
Schedules, fares and fees are subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharges may be imposed if necessary.
Please arrive at the dock 45 minutes prior to departure. Allow additional time if you have baggage.
Parking is available around the corner from the dock at the old baseball field. Parking is $3 per day/per vehicle and payable upon the first day of parking. Cash only please. Upon paying for your parking, you will receive a parking validation that you will need to collect your tickets (peak season only). We suggest driving to the dock, dropping off your passengers and baggage and returning to the parking lot to leave your car. The walk back to the dock is about 5 minutes. Cars parked at Shaw’s Wharf Restaurant will be towed at the owner’s expense. PLEASE DISARM YOUR CAR ALARM

Group rates are available for organized groups. We require advanced reservations and one form of pre-payment for the entire group. Please call for details.
